 Operating for over 18 years from our East London base, Clarkes has a broad range of private and corporate customers and has grown almost entirely through ‘word of mouth’ recommendation and has customers from all over London and Essex.
Our high level of repeat business and retained accounts is a testament to the high level of service we provide to each one of our customers.
With our classically trained chefs, we can cater for every type of cuisine ranging from modern and traditional British, Italian, French, Oriental, Caribbean, Indian & beyond.
We can also cater for all types of dietary requirements including vegetarian, kosher, halal, wheat-free, dairy free & organic.
Clarkes are active supporters of Fairtrade and is proactive in supplying these products, which support farmers around the world, to all of its customers.. This is a wide ranging commitment and includes Mark Clarke's personal involvment on the board of Waltham Forest's Fairtrade Steering Group.
Clarkes is also very active in supporting local farmers and producers. On a daily basis we source fresh products locally using a variety of suppliers including local green grocers, fishmongers & butchers.
